We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all shared hosting plans and a 14-day money-back guarantee for cloud hosting plans. This guarantee ensures peace of mind, giving you confidence that our services will meet the expectations outlined in our Terms of Service (TOS).
To the fullest extent permitted by national law, and without affecting your rights as a consumer, the money-back guarantee serves as your sole and exclusive remedy if our services do not meet the expectations outlined in the TOS.
Conditions
- Service termination requests must be submitted from the email address associated with the customer account.
- The guarantee applies to initial orders for hosting services within:
- 30 days for Shared Hosting Accounts and Services
- 14 days for Cloud Hosting Accounts
- For renewals of refundable services:
- A full refund is available if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the renewal payment and the renewal term has not started.
- A partial refund is available if the renewal term has started, deducting the fees for the first month of the renewal term.
- Domain name fees are non-refundable and may still apply upon cancellation, even if initially waived as part of a special promotion.
- Paid Support and Third-Party Services are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
